Section 315-02-080 - Filing of adopted rules

The commission hereby authorizes each of the following to act as an agent of the commission for the purpose of signing Form CR-103 promulgated by the code reviser for the purpose of filing adopted rules:

(1) Each member of the commission;

(2) Director or designee;

(3) Deputy director.
