Section 308-48-141 - Application for examination and reciprocity(1) Applicants for initial licensing as a funeral director or embalmer must submit:(a) An application on a form prescribed by the board.(b) Official sealed college transcripts.(c) Official national board or other state board examination scores.(d) A nonrefundable application fee as defined in WAC 308-48-800.(2) Applicants seeking reciprocity must submit:(a) An application on a form prescribed by the board.(b) Official verification of out-of-state licensure from the out-of-state licensing board.(c) Official sealed college transcripts, if licensed in another state for a period of less than five years.(d) A nonrefundable application fee as defined in WAC 308-48-800.Wash.
