Section 308-19-102 - Submitting fingerprint cards for a criminal history background check

Every applicant for a bail bond recovery agent license or endorsement shall have a fingerprint criminal history background check conducted.

Applicants shall be fingerprinted by a law enforcement agency on a fingerprint card provided by the department and pay any fees required by the law enforcement agency providing the fingerprinting service.
