Section 308-125-080 - Application for certification(1) Upon receipt of notice of passage of the examination, applicants must submit a complete original certification application with the certification fee to the department of licensing, business and professions division, at its official address. The department will verify qualifications under chapter 18.140 RCW and the rules promulgated thereunder.(2) Each original and renewal and reinstated certificate issued under RCW 18.140.130 shall expire on the applicant's second birthday following issuance of the certificate.Wash.
