The skills test given by a third party are the same as those that would otherwise be given by the state using the same version of the skills test, the same written instructions for test applicants, and the same score sheets as those prescribed by the department. Any applicant aggrieved by the outcome of a test conducted by a third-party examiner may petition the department for review of the scoring procedure used by the third-party examiner.
