Section 308-08-320 - Depositions and interrogatories in adjudicative proceedings - Fees of officers and deponents

Deponents whose depositions are taken and the officers taking the same shall be entitled to the same fees as are paid for like services in the superior courts of the state of Washington, which fees shall be paid by the party at whose request the depositions are taken.
