Section 296-807-18015 - Keep safety guards in good functional condition

(1) You must make sure safety guards are in good functional condition.

(2) You must replace any safety guard that:

(a) Is damaged, bent or severely worn; or

(b) Has been hit by parts from a breaking wheel.
