Section 296-62-07429 - Observation of monitoring(1) Employee observation. The employer must provide affected employees or their designated representatives an opportunity to observe any monitoring of employee exposure to cadmium.(2) Observation procedures. When observation of monitoring requires entry into an area where the use of protective clothing or equipment is required, the employer must provide the observer with that clothing and equipment and must ensure that the observer uses such clothing and equipment and complies with all other applicable safety and health procedures.Wash.
