Section 296-52-71095 - Hours of transfer

Explosives cannot be received between sunset and sunrise from any:

(1) Railway station;

(2) Truck terminal;

(3) Pier;

(4) Wharf;

(5) Harbor facility; or

(6) Airport terminal.
