Section 296-52-71025 - Separation from flammable materials

Small arms ammunition must be separated from flammable liquids, flammable solids (as classified in 49 C.F.R. Part 172), and oxidizing materials by a:

(1) Fire resistant wall with a one-hour rating; or

(2) Distance of twenty-five feet.
