Section 296-52-64065 - Blaster license limits

(1) A blaster's license documents:

(a) The classifications the blaster is authorized to perform

(b) Any limitations imposed on the licensee.

(2)The licensee cannot:

(a) Perform blasting for which they are not licensed; or

(b) Exceed the limits specified on the license.
