Section 296-52-60045 - Responsibility to obtain an explosives license

Anyone manufacturing, purchasing, selling, offering for sale, using, possessing, transporting, or storing any explosive, improvised device, or components intended to be assembled into an explosive or improvised device must have a valid license issued by the department.
