Wash. Admin. Code § 296-403A-200
The department may upon proper application, issue an amusement ride inspector certificate to an individual who meets the minimum qualifications as set forth in this chapter and who possesses a current, valid amusement ride inspector certificate in a state or province which has equal or higher standards for amusement ride inspectors as those contained in this chapter. No amusement ride inspection examination will be required of those persons who qualify for a reciprocal amusement ride inspector certificate.
