Section 296-400A-029 - What is the implementation schedule for the continuing education course requirements?

* Individuals that renew between July 1, 2020, and June 30, 2021, are required to complete sixteen hours of continuing education courses.

* Effective July 1, 2021, all journey level and residential specialty renewals will require twenty-four hours of continuing education.
