Section 296-307-63815 - Assess the hearing protection used by each employee during audits The employer must confirm that:
(1) Current site conditions during audits are consistent with conditions existing during noise monitoring;(2) The hearing protection used by the employee is sufficient and appropriate for the conditions;(3) The hearing protection is worn properly;(4) The employees are satisfied with the performance and comfort of the hearing protection.Wash.
