Section 296-307-45550 - Keep the area around dip tanks clear of combustible material and properly dispose of waste(1) The employer must make sure the area surrounding dip tanks is: (a) Completely free of combustible debris; (b) As free of combustible stock as possible.(2) The employer must provide approved metal waste cans that are: (a) Used for immediate disposal of rags and other material contaminated with liquids from dipping or coating operations;(b) Emptied and the contents properly disposed of at the end of each shift.Wash.
