Section 296-307-45505 - Additional safeguards when constructing dip tanks(1) The employer must make sure the dip tank, drain boards (if provided), and supports are made of noncombustible material.(2) The employer must make sure piping cormections on drains and overflow pipes allow easy access to the inside of the pipe for inspection and cleaning.Wash.
