Section 296-307-34509 - Installation and restoration requirements for employee alarm systems(1) The employer must ensure that all systems installed to comply with this standard are approved. Steam whistles, air horns, strobe lights or similar lighting devices, or tactile devices meeting the requirements of this section must also be approved.(2) After each test or alarm, the employer must ensure that all employee alarm systems are restored to normal operating condition as soon as possible. The employer must ensure that spare alarm components are available in sufficient quantities and locations for prompt restoration of the system.Wash. Admin. Code § 296-307-34509
