Section 296-307-16180 - Refuse (waste) disposal(1) The operator must comply with local sanitation codes for removing and disposing of refuse from TWH areas;(2) The operator must protect against rodent harborage, insect breeding, and other health hazards while storing, collecting, transporting, and disposing of refuse;(3) The operator must store refuse in fly-tight, rodent-tight, impervious, and cleanable or reusable containers or in single-use containers;(4) The operator must keep refuse containers clean;(5) The operator must provide at least one reusable container for each dwelling unit that is: (a) Located within one hundred feet of each dwelling unit;(b) Placed on a solid, flat, and level stand made of wood, metal, or concrete; and(c) Secured to prevent falling over or spilling.(6) The operator must empty refuse containers at least twice each week, and when full.Wash.
