Dividends, if any, will be declared approximately fifteen months after the conclusion of the coverage period with credit or payment made within sixty days of the calculation. No dividend checks will be written for less than ten dollars.
Adjustments to the dividend calculation due to clerical errors will be made if reported to the department within ninety days of the payments. No subsequent adjustments will be made.
