Section 296-17-31028 - Closing accounts What are my responsibilities when I close my business, or when I no longer have employees?

You must notify us in writing when you close your business or when you no longer have employees. You may send a letter, email, or request to have your account closed when you file your final quarterly report. We will not close your account from a telephone call.
