Section 296-150P-0520 - Who can be authorized to approve design plans?(1) A professional engineer, architect, or firm licensed by the state of Washington according to the Engineers Registration Act, chapter 18.43 RCW and/or the Architects Registration Act, chapter 18.08 RCW; or(2) A professional engineer, architect, or firm licensed in another state that has licensing or certification requirements that meet or exceed Washington requirements.(3) A professional engineer, architect, or firm cannot approve quality control plans.Wash.
