Section 296-127-01410 - Information concerning prevailing wage usual benefits(1) Contractors and employers shall conform to all posting and employee notification requirements provided by applicable federal and state laws concerning usual benefits plans.(2) Contractors and employers must have, and make available to the department upon request, copies of all documents concerning usual benefits, as identified in WAC 296-127-014, for which employer payments are made.Wash.
