Section 296-104-017 - Administration - How are rules affected if other rules are invalidated?

Should any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, provision or exemption of these rules be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining portion or provisions.
