Section 284-87-130 - Right of appeal(1) Any applicant or insured, licensed pursuant to chapter 18.46, 18.50, or 18.88 RCW, shall have a right of appeal to the commissioner, including the right to appear before the commissioner or his or her designee, if requested by the person seeking appeal, from any decision by the board.(2) Appeals to the commissioner under this provision shall be handled in accordance with chapters 48.04 and 34.05 RCW.Wash.
