Section 284-58-023 - Certification process does not apply to life, disability or credit insurance forms

Insurers may not use the certification process described in RCW 48.18.100(2) to file life, disability or credit insurance forms. Insurers must file these forms under RCW 48.18.100(1) or 48.34.100.
