Section 284-55-185 - Compliance with Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1987

Every insurer to whom it applies shall certify to the commissioner on the medicare supplement experience exhibit of its annual statement that it has complied with Section 4081 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1987, P.L. 100-203, (1987).
