Section 284-43-0300 - Provider and facility contracts with issuers-Generally(1) An issuer contracting with providers or facilities for health care service delivery to enrollees must satisfy all the requirements contained in this subchapter.(2) An issuer must ensure that subcontractors of its contracted providers and facilities comply with the requirements of this subchapter. An issuer's obligation to comply with these requirements is nondelegable; the issuer is not exempt from these requirements because it relied upon a third-party vendor or subcontracting arrangement.Wash.
