Section 284-24D-190 - How should the type of health care facility be reported?

When reporting the type of health care facility under RCW 48.140.030(3), the reporting entity must use the Type of Organization Codes published by the NPDB. Public facilities, such as prisons and universities, must review the NPDB Type of Organization Codes and enter the most similar classification.
