Section 284-24A-040 - What action will the commissioner take if a model does not comply with Washington law?The commissioner will:
(1) Notify the insurer or vendor that the model does not comply with Washington law;(2) State the reasons why the model does not comply with Washington law;(3) Offer the insurer or vendor sixty days to revise the model to resolve the issue(s) outlined in subsection (2) of this section; and(4) Provide a specific date when the model may no longer be used in Washington if the model has not been revised to resolve the issue(s).Wash.
