Section 284-13-590 - Contracts affected

All new and renewal reinsurance transactions entered into after December 31, 2015, must conform to the requirements of RCW 48.12.400 through 48.12.499, and WAC 284-13-500 through 284-13-590 if credit is to be given to the ceding insurer for the reinsurance.
