Section 260-28-080 - Ownership by corporations, companies, or other organizations(1) If the legal owner of any horse is a corporation, company, or other organization, each shareholder or member must be licensed.(2) Each corporation, company, or other organization must disclose to the commission all shareholders or members of the organization.(3) Corporations, companies, or other organizations must submit an application for a stable license.Wash.
