Section 260-24-030 - Commission approval of racing officials(1) At least ten days prior to the first day of an approved race meet, the association must submit to the commission, in writing, the names of all racing officials for the race meet.(2) At least ten days prior to the first day of an approved race meet, the executive secretary must submit to the commission, in writing, the names of all commission employees who will be serving as racing officials for the race meet.(3) Both the association and the executive secretary may use substitutions as necessary. All substitutions must be reported to the commission, in writing, at the next regular scheduled meeting of the commission.Wash. Admin. Code § 260-24-030
