Section 250-61-130 - Cancellation and refund requirements(1) Each institution shall publish its cancellation and refund policies in clear language that can be easily understood by prospective students. No student shall be enrolled without having received the explanatory materials. These policies shall apply to all terminations for any reason, by either party.(2) The refund policy shall comply with the federal guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Education and the standards established by the accrediting association which accredits the institution or from which the institution is seeking accreditation.Wash.
