Area radiation monitors	Two years (if necessary)

Smear results	Two years (if necessary)
Qualified expert radiation protection surveys	Life of the accelerator
Electrical circuit diagrams	Life of the accelerator
Permanent log of bypassing interlocks	Life of the accelerator
