Section 246-945-035 - Drug sample prohibitions(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, a pharmacy shall not possess, distribute or dispense legend drug samples.(2) A pharmacy of a licensed hospital or health care entity which receives and distributes drug samples at the request of an authorized practitioner pursuant to RCW 69.45.050 may possess, distribute or dispense legend drug samples.Wash.
