Section 246-945-002 - Administrative proceedings and appeals(1) The commission adopts the model procedural rules for boards as adopted by the department, and contained in chapter 246-11 WAC, including subsequent amendments.(2) The commission adopts the administrative procedures and requirements for credentialed heath care providers as adopted by the department and contained in chapter 246-12 WAC, including subsequent amendments under chapter 246-12 WAC.(3) Where there is a conflict between the rules incorporated in subsections (1) and (2) of this section, the commission's rule shall supersede.Wash.
