Wash. Admin. Code § 246-836-170
A college of naturopathic medicine removed from the board's approved list may appeal that decision in writing within thirty calendar days of the decision. If the board denies the appeal, the college shall have the right to appeal the board's denial in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, brief adjudicative proceedings, RCW 34.05.482 through 34.05.494.
