Section 246-828-610 - Process for rescinding approval of program for hearing aid specialist instruction

If the board issues a notice of intent to deny an application, rescind approval, or grant conditional approval, the authorized representative of the applicant's program may request a review within thirty days . Failure to request a review will result in the notice of intent becoming a final decision of the board. A program aggrieved by a final decision of the board affecting its approval status may appeal the board's decision in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, chapter 34.05 RCW, or submit a new application to be considered for review.
