Section 246-821-300 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Examination requirements(1) A behavioral health support specialist applicant shall take and pass a jurisprudence examination administered by the department that covers professional judgment, knowledge of state laws, and ethics pertaining to the BHSS profession.(2) An applicant who fails the test is eligible to retake it immediately.Wash.
