Section 246-812-230 - Site review procedures for approval of programs of denturism(1) The board, at its discretion, may send a representative or evaluation committee to inspect any program requesting approval or renewed approval as an approved denturist program.(2) Such inspections may be at any reasonable time during the normal operating hours of the program.(3) The report of the representative or evaluation committee and the program's response shall be submitted as part of the documentation necessary for the board's action on the program's application for approval.Wash.
