Section 246-812-010 - Definitions

The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

(1) "Approval" and "accreditation" are used interchangeably with reference to sanctioning of courses.

(2) "Bruxism" means the excessive grinding of the teeth or excessive clenching of the jaw.
