Section 246-101-410 - Duties-Food establishments(1) For the purposes of this section "food establishment" has the same meaning as defined and referenced under WAC 246-215-01115.(2) The person in charge of a food establishment shall:(a) Notify the local health jurisdiction of potential foodborne disease as required in WAC 246-215-02215.(b) Cooperate with public health authorities in their investigation and control of cases, outbreaks, and suspected outbreaks . This includes, but is not limited to, the release of the name and other pertinent information about food handlers diagnosed with a notifiable condition or other communicable disease to the public health authority.(c) Not release identifying information about food handlers with a notifiable condition or other communicable disease to other employees or the general public.Wash.
