Section 240-20-310 - High capacity transportation account - Eligibility(1) Participation in the high capacity transportation account shall be limited to transit agencies and regional transportation authorities.(2) Projects eligible for funding from the account shall be limited to planning for high capacity transportation systems.(3) Projects eligible for funding under the account shall be limited to applications that directly benefit Washington state, and subject to the conditions identified in RCW 81.104.030 and 81.104.040.Wash.
