Section 230-15-455 - Keeping funds to pay prizes

House-banked card room licensees must ensure that they have sufficient funds available to redeem all chips and pay out all prizes including, but not limited to, progressive jackpot prizes, house jackpot prizes, and odds-based prizes.

Failure to keep funds to cash in chips, pay prizes, or redeem gambling related checks is prima facie evidence of fraud and in violation of RCW 9.46.190.
