Section 230-15-553 - Defining "cash equivalent"

"Cash equivalent" means a:

(1) Treasury check; or

(2) Personal check; or

(3) Traveler's check; or

(4) Wire transfer of funds; or

(5) Money order; or

(6) Certified check; or

(7) Cashier's check; or

(8) Check drawn on the licensee's account payable to the patron or to the licensee; or

(9) Voucher recording cash drawn against a credit card or debit card; or

(10) Tickets generated by TITO-enabled bill validators.
