Bingo licensees must account for all income from bingo games at the time they receive the income. Licensees must issue each player a receipt for the amount paid to play in each game or set of games at the time of payment. Players must keep this receipt to prove that they have properly purchased the number of cards they are playing.
(1) Licensees with gross gambling receipts of one hundred fifty thousand dollars or less in their previous license year, organizations conducting bingo under the provisions of RCW 9.46.0321, and bingo activities conducted at a qualified agricultural fair may use the receipting method for bingo income in WAC 230-07-125 or any of the methods for receipting bingo income required for licensees with gross gambling receipts over one hundred fifty thousand dollars in their previous license year; and(2) Licensees with gross gambling receipts over one hundred fifty thousand dollars in their previous license year must use the receipting method for bingo income required for the bingo games they are offering: (a) The disposable bingo card receipting method; or(b) The cash register receipting method; or(c) The electronically generated receipting method; or(d) The ticket receipting method; or(e) The combination receipting method.Wash.
