Section 220-440-250 - Failure to comply with the conditions of permits, provide completed forms, or submit required documents or reports for the purposes of this chapter(1) Failure to abide by the conditions of permits is a misdemeanor pursuant to RCW 77.15.750.(2) Failure to provide reports or comply with the conditions of landowner agreements is an infraction pursuant to RCW 77.15.160.(3) Failure to comply with the conditions of wildlife control operator certification or permits is a misdemeanor pursuant to RCW 77.15.750.(4) A person who provides false or misleading information required by this chapter may be in violation subject to prosecution under RCW 9A.76.175 or 40.16.030.Wash.
