Section 220-420-270 - Inspections(1) Falconry, abatement, and propagation raptors, facilities, records, and equipment may be inspected in the presence of a falconry permittee during business hours, or reasonable time of the day, and on any day of the week by state, federal, or other authorized officials.(2) If a falconer's facilities are not on property owned by the falconer, he/she must submit to the department a signed and dated statement showing that the property owner agrees that the falconry facilities and raptors may be inspected without advance notice, at any reasonable time of the day in the presence of the property owner.(3) Inspecting authorities may not enter the facilities or disturb the raptors unless the falconer is present.Wash.
