Section 220-352-150 - Imprinters-Fish receiving tickets(1) Fishers and original receivers must mechanically imprint the fish receiving ticket paper forms with their department issued license cards.(2) License card information may be recorded manually on the fish receiving tickets in the following exceptions: (a) Oregon licensed fishers delivering fish caught in the Columbia River;(b) Purchases made from out-of-state firms; and(c) Fishers selling on a delivery license who have not received a delivery license card from the department at the time of their first sale.
